Training for Liaisons


  • Virtual training sessions are available by appointment. Email to schedule your training.
  • Topical trainings will be scheduled monthly. Liaisons will receive email notifications for monthly trainings.
  • Voly has a customer service email. At the bottom of every Voly page, you can click on the Customer Service link to receive immediate assistance.
  • Note: It is best to have video and microphone capabilities on your computer the best training experience. If your desk computer does not have these capabilities, please try to borrow a computer that allows communication during training.
