On Wednesday, March 11, Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD proudly celebrated 100 distinguished sophomores for their academic excellence. These students were officially named Superintendent Scholars—a prestigious recognition earned through their exceptional performance on the Preliminary SAT and National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).

During a special ceremony, Superintendent Dr. Wendy Eldredge, alongside School Board Trustees and district administrators, personally recognized these top-achieving students from across the district.

"These scholars represent the pinnacle of academic dedication in CFBISD," said Dr. Wendy Eldredge. "To see 100 of our sophomores performing at this level is a testament to their hard work and the bright futures ahead of them. We are incredibly proud to celebrate their success alongside the families and educators who have supported them every step of the way."
