The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District was honored to have Joanna Boyer, Creekview Law and Criminal Justice Academy graduate, speak at February's school board meeting. Boyer shared how the Law Academy prepared her for college and the legal workforce.
Boyer is currently a junior at the University of North Texas pursuing a Pre-Law degree to become a Judge Advocate General. She credits CFBISD, Creekview High School, and the Law and Criminal Justice Academy with the skills she needs to succeed in her future career.
"I would not be where I am today without the Law Program and CTE courses in CFBISD," said Boyer.
