CFBISD has no written policy to prohibit vendors from visiting our campuses. It is, however, strongly recommended that the vendor make an appointment with the principal or have the principals' approval in advance.
Staff members are not obligated to meet with a vendor even if they are awarded on one of our contracts.
Vendors can contact campus staff by phone or email to request an appointment. If an appointment is arranged, then the vendor must follow and fully comply with all campus visitor policies.
