Teacher Observation

Thank you for your interest in observing one of our wonderful CFB teachers.  The observation request form closed March 6th and will be available next school year. 

Please note:
1. Incomplete forms cannot be processed.
2. We strive to send placement confirmations within 10 business days, however, at times placements can take longer.  
3. If you need more than 1 placement, please complete the form multiple times. For example, if you need to be placed with a language arts teacher AND a math teacher that will require 2 forms. 
4. You will receive a confirmation when your observation request has been approved. 
5. We cannot honor requests submitted after March 6, 2024.
