Application for Prospective Students

Beginning April 1, 2022 – Parents of students who are not currently attending the After the Bell Program need to complete these two steps in order to indicate their interest in our program:

  1. Register your child for school online for the 2022-2023 regular school year
  2. Complete the 2022– 2023 Interest Form. The form will be available on April 1, 2022.

For both of the above websites, select 2023 as the year and select the campus your child will attend.

Available spaces in the program will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Based on space availability, ATB Site Directors will call parents of students who are requesting to start to attend ATB in 2022 – 2023 to let them know whether they are in the program or are on the waiting list.  Once parents are notified that space is available, they will be given directions on how to pay the registration fee and three weeks’ tuition in order to guarantee their child’s placement in the program. If the “holding fees” are not paid within two weeks of notification, the spot will be forfeited and given to the next child on the waiting list.

Directors will allow new students to join ATB until their campus has reached capacity of students at which time the campus will be posted as CLOSED on the ATB website and at the campus.

Even after the campus is closed, parents may continue to add their child’s information to the Interest Form for 2023.  This will serve as the campus’ Wait List and parents will be notified when/if a space becomes available.
