Flyer Distribution/Peachjar

District-approved community digital flyers will be sent to your email inbox where you can easily click to sign up for events and programs. Flyers are also posted to the campus website. See the links to right to access your campus Peachjar page.

No action is required to begin receiving this communication from your school. You will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a magic link to log you into your account. You don’t need to log in to receive or view flyers, but you can log in to adjust your delivery preferences.

Suggestion: To ensure you don’t miss flyer notifications, please add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts and click “always display images” when you receive your first email. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, activities, events and opportunities.

This system is used exclusively for the distribution of District-approved flyers only. Email addresses will NOT be shared or used for any other purpose.

Peachjar charges a fee for businesses and organizations utilizing this service. To take advantage of the service, please register with Peachjar as a "Program Provider" and upload flyers for distribution by selecting the school(s) of choice.

1. Your organization will receive high exposure and have access to metrics not previously provided with paper flyers.
2. Organizations offering a service/event that is free of charge may qualify for FREE distribution. Please contact Peachjar Customer Service to see if your flyer qualifies at 858.997.2117, option 3 or support@peachjar.com.

After your flyer has been submitted to Peachjar, it will be routed automatically to the CFBISD Communications Department for approval, then emailed as a visually engaging image to all parents at the school(s) you selected. The flyers will be sent to those who have their email address on file in the district. Approved flyers will be posted on Tuesdays each week.

CFBISD requires all digital information to meet the guidelines below for digital distribution. 

CFBISD authorizes its schools to distribute or display communications of school-related or outside organizations* that promote youth programs, activities, opportunities or events that aim to improve the health, education or welfare of students. Promotional materials may take the form of notices, announcements, brochures and flyers.

It is not the practice of Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD to advertise any for-profit business or activity to staff, students or families.

*School-related organizations may include parent groups, booster clubs, school employee organizations and other organizations and clubs affiliated with the District and its schools.

**Outside organizations mean any non-profit or tax-exempt organization other than school-related organizations.

All non-school materials must display the following disclaimer: 

“This non-school activity/publication is not sponsored or endorsed by the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District.”
