Educators in CFBISD Connect with Families to Give Support

Registration for the new school year in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District is underway with families choosing Traditional Onsite Learning or Remote Learning. Schools across the District are connecting with all families with personalized phone calls to each family.

CFBISD has setup "Family Connection" phone calls to add an extra layer of support as we start the school year with unfamiliar processes due to COVID-19.

The Purpose of Family Connection Phone Calls
The goal of the family connection phone calls is a way for us to connect with parents and students with personalized communication to make sure all our families are doing well. First and foremost, if families need resources to meet basic needs during these challenging times, we can connect them with resources in our community.

CFBISD also wants to provide the best customer service by providing information about our new learning options and answer questions about our back to school procedures. Our staff is also making sure that our families have all the learning resources they need to start a new school year, including the technology tools that might be needed in cases of Remote Learning. CFBISD wants our families to have support during these very stressful and anxious times.

Registering Your Child in CFBISD
Starting the week of August 3rd, families who need extra help with online registration can personally come to the school, by appointment, and get the one-on-one assistance they need, including the use of computers at the school.
