CFBISD invites community to review classroom mathematics materials

The Texas State Board of Education (SBOE) reviews Mathematics instructional materials for grades K–12 through the Instructional Materials Review and Approval (IMRA) process established by House Bill (HB) 1605. IMRA provides a single, SBOE-governed review system to ensure materials align to TEKS and ELPS and meet standards for quality, accuracy, suitability, and technical requirements.

In alignment with this process, Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD (CFBISD) is conducting a review of instructional materials under consideration for adoption for the 2026–27 school year. Proposed elementary (K–5), middle school (6–8), and high school (9–12) mathematics resources that have been reviewed through IMRA are available for public review through the links below. The adopted materials will be implemented in classrooms next school year. CFBISD invites families and community members to participate in the following online opportunity:
