May 5-9, 2025, is National Teacher Appreciation Week. Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD would like to thank our 2,500+ teachers and educators for their unwavering dedication and commitment to our students and families.
Teacher Appreciation Week is always celebrated the first full week in May, bringing national attention to the intentional work teachers do each day to educate children and prepare them to be the next generation of leaders.
“Our teachers are the heart of our CFB family,” said Dr. Wendy Eldredge, Superintendent of Schools. “They work diligently to provide the best possible education for our students. Our teachers are the best of the best and we are so thankful for each and every one of them. ”
This week, CFBISD invites all parents, students, staff and community members to join us in this week-long celebration to recognize our teachers. Let a teacher know how much they mean to you on social media by using the hashtag #ThankATeacher or by sending them an email or note of appreciation. CFB will be celebrating all week long on social media and featuring some of our amazing teachers in the district.
Teachers, look for discounts and updates from the CFBISD Educational Foundation on the Staff Bulletin Board throughout the week.
