CFBISD celebrates National Principals Month

October marks National Principals Month, and Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD is excited to honor the leaders who shape campus culture and drive student achievement across the district. Throughout the month, CFBISD will highlight these campus leaders on its website and social media channels.

“Our principals serve as the foundation of our campuses, leading with purpose to ensure every student has the tools and support needed to thrive,” said Superintendent Dr. Wendy Eldredge. “National School Principals Month is an opportunity for our entire community to express gratitude for their steadfast leadership and passion for education.”

Behind the scenes, campus principals manage a wide range of daily responsibilities that keep schools running effectively. Beyond establishing a clear educational vision and managing school resources, principals hire and mentor educators, oversee curriculum implementation, and evaluate student progress to support academic growth. Their work also extends into the community as they cultivate relationships with families and staff while maintaining safe, welcoming learning environments.

CFBISD is deeply grateful to all of its campus leaders for their dedication and commitment to student success.
