Central Elementary, Furneaux Elementary, McCoy Elementary and Long Middle schools to host Farewell Events

To honor the legacy and history of Central Elementary, Furneaux Elementary, McCoy Elementary and Long Middle Schools, Farewell Events will be held for students, staff and community members. All are invited to attend to celebrate their memories at each campus.

As part of the board-approved Facilities Planning for Future Success plan, students at these four campuses will be welcomed into neighboring schools beginning in the 2025-26 year.

We express our sincere gratitude to the Central, Furneaux, McCoy and Long campuses for their significant contributions to the district over many years. The students, staff and cherished memories within these buildings will forever remain a part of CFBISD's history.
