Valentine's Day Gently Used Book Sale "Book Bucks" are $5 gift
cards redeemable for merchandise at the Gently Used Book Sale. They make
great Valentine's Day gifts for teachers, friends and relatives! You
can purchase Book Bucks from several Gently Used Book Sale committee
members (email for a list). OR...you can order Book Bucks online at http://www.GentlyUsedBookSale.org.
They will be mailed to you for you to distribute to your recipients. The
book sale begins Feb. 25 through Feb. 28. See the Gently Used

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District has taken steps to become increasingly efficient at integrating technology in the classroom. C-FB ISD has joined forces with Atomic Learning, a nationally respected provider of web-based software training.
The service will be implemented in three areas: staff development, as a curriculum supplement, and as a resource for parents of school-age children. That means educators, students, and their families can access Atomic Learning from school or home, all day, everyday.
Parents and students can see nutrition information on
meals, view menus and make wise dietary decisions by accessing the Virtual
Cafeteria (currently undergoing maintenance) or by calling Student Nutrition at
972-968-6390.
