Adult Basic Education

C-FB Adult Basic Education program provides quality education for adults in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD. The purpose of the ABE program is to serve the educational needs of our diverse adult population.

The program provides literacy programs, English as a second language, computer literacy, GED preparation, Civics Literacy, and basic skills instruction.

The program includes qualified teachers and staff to assist students who want to improve basic skills, prior to enrolling in higher education. The intake procedure includes a program orientation, diagnostic assessment, and the development of an individual education plan.

Another great benefit of the program is free childcare service for children ages 3-10 years old.

Please call the office of Adult Basic Education at 972-968-6520 for more information.
