Paul E. Beeler holds a Master's of Education Administration from the University of North Texas, and  Superintendent's Certification and Vocational Administrator's Certification, from University of North Texas, Texas A&M and Sam Houston State University.  He has 60+ hours of graduate work above the Master's degree.  Paul has been a School Superintendent in the districts of Gordon and Bremond ISD's in Texas. He has also been an Assistant Superintendent at Springtown ISD, Texas, and earlier in his career served as the Director of Occupational Education and Technology in Alief ISD.

Paul joined the C-FB team in 1984 as the Director of Career & Technology Education and started the district's School/Business Partnership-In-Education in the mid 1980's.  He also worked as an Adjunct Professor in graduate level studies at the University of North Texas in Denton.  He was awarded the Texas Vocational Administrator of the Year Award in 1990 by his peers.  Paul has served on various community advisories and committees throughout his years of service to C-FB ISD.

Philosophy
Career and Technology Education is based on the premise that a rigorous academic foundation contributes to success in school and in life, that all students should be provided equal opportunities to succeed, and that career and technology education should complement and enhance academic preparation by enabling students to apply academic principles and technology skills to a variety of community and career situations.  It is important to recognize the vital need for all Texas students to possess strong academic and technology skills.

Guiding Principles

Each public school student shall master the basic skills and knowledge necessary for:

1. Managing the dual roles of family member and wage earner; and
2. Gaining entry-level employment in a high-skill, high-wage job or continuing the student's education at the postsecondary level.
