On Feb. 6, International Baccalaureate students at Ranchview High School hosted a “Culture Night” in the school cafeteria. Students representing a myriad of countries dressed in traditional costumes, prepared traditional food stuffs, as well as displayed cultural artifacts. Students represented twelve countries: Russia, South Korea, Iran, Germany, India, Pakistan, Tanzania, El Salvador, Columbia, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Nigeria. RHS Band, orchestra, choir, theater and dance departments performed. The goal of the evening was to bring attention to the vast diversity of cultures at Ranchview High School, located in Irving, TX.
