The NSHS Debate team continued its preparation for the State Championship Tournament with a competition at Flower Mound on Jan 28. Several students placed at the tournament. Newman Smith Debate is coached by Mr. Chris Agee and Mr. Robert Martin.

Diana Pop- 3rd place Extemporaneous Speaking

Tanya and Diana were also in the elimination rounds of Public Forum Debate.
